With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree from the University of Texas/Austin, Roseanne Thornhill has worked extensively on both a professional and personal level with fundamental dietary interventions, including casein-free, gluten-free, and vegan diet planning. Her background includes work in dietary analysis, and she has experience in both clinical and hospital settings.
At THCFC Roseanne counsels new clients in order to augment their medical care, primarily counseling on implementation of a quality elimination diet, as well as support for nutritional supplementation protocols. She works on each case with Kelly Barnhill, CN, CCN to ensure the most appropriate intervention for each child. |
